Higher Institute of Languages Applied to Business and Tourism of Moknine "ISLAATM" is an institution of the Ministry of Higher Education endowed with financial autonomy. It comes under the University of Monastir.

The reception capacity of the institute for the academic year 2005-2006 was fixed at 1540 students, all of them holders of the Baccalauréat Certificate.
